Known Issues

• ‘Upgrade not available at this time’ will appear if the user attempts to update Printer DCA 3.x via the Update to DCA 4 menu option (from the Help Menu) when the PrintFleet Enterprise is set up to use a non-standard port (hostname:84 for example). Consequently: the upgrade will fail.

• Older versions of Printer DCA (4.0.2 and earlier) and Local Print Agent (1.0.1 and earlier) may appear to remain in Add / Remove Programs after installing / upgrading to a more recent version. The older version entry can safely be removed by clicking Uninstall.

Notes

• The device update information included in these release notes indicate the manufacturers and models that have been worked on in this release. Due to diverse network environments (including software versions of firmware) we are not able to be explicit in the models and the exact fixes that will be addressed in your environment. These notes are provided to help our customers make the decision as to whether or not an upgrade to this version is a suitable choice or wait for a successive release. We strongly urge that data collected by the DCA be reviewed for the model that you are concerned about.
